Life happens – we get it. But to help us run smoothly and fairly for everyone, here’s what you need to know about cancellations and rebookings.
Cancellations within 24 hours
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and you’ve booked online, your deposit will be forfeited. We know that unexpected things come up, but short notice makes it hard for us to offer that spot to someone else.
Not booked online?
If you haven’t booked online and cancel within 24 hours, we’ll kindly ask for credit card details next time to secure your future booking.
